Shipping + Returns


At this time we only ship within the Continental U.S. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed not including bank holidays. 


We hope you are 100% satisfied with your order. Should you wish to return a product that you ordered directly from, you may send it back to us within 14 days of the delivery date. Please email and provide the order number, name associated with your order and reason for your return. We will follow up by email with next steps in processing your return.

Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your return and can only be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot process exchanges, provide shipping labels or shipping reimbursements.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and email if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
